Simple Process

Here’s Exactly How Our Process Works

No Mystery. No Surprises.

We lay out our full process because we want you to know exactly what happens and when. You‘ll never wonder what’s going on with your case or feel like you’re being rushed through a system.
Every patient is different. Our process is designed to flex around your needs, your schedule, and your comfort level — not the other way around.

Our 4 Steps

How Our Process Works

1
Step 1

Meet & Greet, Lab Tour, and Impressions

This is where everything starts — and it’s different from what most people expect a dental appointment to feel like. You’ll meet our team, get a real look at the on-site lab where your dentures will be made, and have a conversation about what you need and what you want. No rushing, no clipboard-and-waiting-room experience. Your clinician will conduct a thorough examination and take impressions of your mouth. These become the foundation for everything that follows, so we take our time and get them right. You’ll also get exact pricing in writing before anything moves forward. Real number. No ambiguity.

Step 2

Bite Rims

This step is specific to patients who are missing all their teeth — and it’s an important one. After your impressions are poured and models are fabricated, we create bite rims. These are temporary horseshoe-shaped forms that allow your clinician to capture how your upper and lower jaws come together — your bite relationship, jaw position, and the vertical dimension of your face. This information is essential for building dentures that fit correctly and feel natural. It can’t be guessed. It must be measured. The timeline is flexible here. Fabricating the models and bite rims takes roughly 45 minutes to an hour. Some patients are happy to wait at the studio. Others prefer to come back the following day. We always give you the option — your comfort and schedule guide the decision.

Step 3

The Try-In

This is one of our favorite steps — and one we believe sets us apart. Before your dentures are finished, you’ll try them on in wax form. They’re not permanent yet, which means we can still make changes. Tooth position, shade, bite alignment, aesthetics — everything is adjustable at this stage. This is your chance to see your new smile before it’s set in stone. Want the teeth a little shorter? Done. Shade slightly too bright? We’ll adjust it. Something just feels off and you can’t quite explain it? We’ll work through it together. Your clinician and lab technician collaborate right here, in the same building, to make any refinements on the spot. The try-in is offered to every patient. For some, it’s essential. For others — depending on the case complexity and personal preference — we can move directly from bite rims to final delivery. We’ll talk through what makes sense for your specific situation. But for patients who want that extra layer of confidence and personalization, we’ll never skip it.

Step 4

Delivery

Your finished dentures are ready. We check the fit, bite, and comfort. If anything needs a minor refinement, our lab clinician is steps away and handles it immediately. We go over care instructions — how to clean them, what to eat during the adjustment period, and what to expect over the next few weeks. You leave with your dentures and a care kit. And you have our number for anything that comes up.

What Happens After Delivery

1
Week 1-2

Adjustment Period

Your mouth adapts to the new dentures. Start soft — scrambled eggs, mashed potatoes, soup — and work your way up to normal foods. Extra saliva production at first is completely normal.

Annual Check-ups

We recommend yearly visits to assess fit and catch any changes early. Your mouth changes slowly over time — staying ahead of it keeps you comfortable and extends the life of your dentures.

Why the Try-In Matters

We know other providers skip this step in the name of speed. We think that’s the wrong trade-off.
The try-in is where relationship-building happens. It’s where you gain confidence in what you’re getting.
It’s where small details get caught before they become bigger issues. And it’s where our clinicians demonstrate that they’re working with you, not just for you.
It takes a little more time. We think it’s worth it — and based on what our patients tell us, they agree.

The Transparency Thing

We’re showing you all of this because we have nothing to hide.
Want to watch your dentures being made? Come on back. We’ll show you.
Have questions about materials or techniques? Ask. We’ll explain.
That’s what "studio" means to us. It’s a workshop where craft happens, and you’re welcome to see it.
